Designer
Povl Bjerregaard Eskildsen
The architect Povl Bjerregaard Eskildsen, graduated from the Aarhus University of Architecture in Denmark in 1986, with a master's degree in furniture, based on the tradition of Danish furniture design, gained a deep knowledge of wood and construction, from the family owned factory of wooden furniture, and now vounts over 50 years of experience in teak wood and outdoor furniture design.
The designer believes that good design should be pleasing to the eye, but this is always combined with comfort and functionality. "I prefer to work with noble materials that will last for decades, eg. teak wood and stainless steel. Our products must last longer in both in terms of quality and in style. New products must reflect our time and lifestyle that continues to evolve over time. We must improve our quality of life even with products that can bring dreams into our gardens."
